India’s National Cricket Team has been working hard in the nets in Adelaide ahead of the third match. However, their preparations faced a setback when Rishabh Pant was hit while batting during practice, raising concerns about his fitness for the upcoming game.

Rishabh Pant was hit on the head while batting and he looked quite uncomfortable. The practice session was halted and the medical staff quickly attended to him to make sure he didn’t suffer a concussion. They carefully checked him over before allowing him to resume practice.

According to reports, KL Rahul and Virat Kohli, who were practicing on the net next to Pant, also paused their session to check on him. It was a positive sign that after receiving treatment, Pant was able to resume his practice session and continue his preparations for the upcoming match.

With the Border Gavaskar Trophy 2024-25 tied at 1-1, the third Test between India and Australia will begin on Saturday, December 14, at The Gabba in Brisbane. It was at this ground that India made history the last time they played against the Australian team.
