Leading the Northern Challengers, Dhawan smashed a match-winning 86 off just 43 balls, propelling his team to a thrilling six-wicket victory over the Southern Spartans in Surat. His blistering innings included 8 massive sixes and 4 boundaries, showcasing his aggressive intent and superb form.
After winning the toss, the Challengers opted to field, allowing the Spartans to post an imposing 203/4 in 20 overs. Captain Suresh Raina led the charge for the Spartans with a sparkling 49 off 27 balls, supported by Solomon Mire’s quick-fire 47 off 28.
