For the second ODI between India and England, which will be held on February 9th, 2025, at the Barabati Stadium in Cuttack, Odisha, security measures have been intensified due to concerns over potential chaos. The local authorities, in collaboration with the Odisha Cricket Association, police, and health departments, have planned for comprehensive security and logistics. Cuttack’s Deputy Commissioner of Police, Jagmohan Meena, stated that entry and exit points for spectators will be managed through four designated gates, ensuring a smooth flow of attendees.

Additionally, special bus services will be available for fans, operating from key locations such as Cuttack’s Netaji Bus Terminal, Trishulia, and the railway station.
