At just 13 years old, Suryavanshi has achieved remarkable progress in his cricket career. However, questions about his age have sparked controversy, with some alleging that he is actually 15 instead of 13.

Because of his young age and lack of experience, Vaibhav Suryavanshi is unable to respond to the age allegations himself. As a result, his father, Sanjiv Suryavanshi, has defended him. Sanjiv is confident that his son has done nothing wrong and has put in significant effort and dedication to reach where he is in his career so far.

Sanjiv Suryavanshi addressed the age fraud issue by stating that his son is willing to undergo another age test and is not afraid of it. He also emphasised Vaibhav’s hard work and dedication over the past few years, highlighting the effort his son has put into his career despite the ongoing allegations.

Sanjiv Suryavanshi shared that Rajasthan Royals invited Vaibhav for trials in Nagpur. During the trials, Royals’ batting coach Vikram Rathour set a challenge for Vaibhav to score 17 runs in an over. Vaibhav successfully handled the pressure and impressed the coaching staff, which led to his signing by the team.
