IPL 2025: Vijay Bharadwaj Appointed Scouting Head for Delhi Capitals

Delhi Capitals have undergone major changes in their coaching staff for the IPL 2025 season, as Vijay Bharadwaj has been appointed as the scouting head of the team. Bharadwaj was born in Karnataka and has played for the Indian cricket team as a middle-order batsman in three tests and 10 ODI games.

This is followed by the recent appointment of Venugopal Rao as the Director of Cricket, and Hemang Badani being appointed as the team’s head coach. Vijay Bharadwaj has been appointed as the scouting head, and he will be looking forward to the young talents who could be in the team and benefit in the long-term.

The trials which will be organised by Delhi Capitals will also be attended by Bharadwaj, who will be looking forward to the players. The first round of the trials for Delhi Capitals will begin on 23 October, and the next is scheduled in Mumbai, in the month of November.

Although the Delhi Capitals team has various overseas members in the team, Vijay will also be looking forward to the domestic players, who have been working as hard as they can to earn a maiden IPL call. It was said by the sources that,
