It started when Rahul reminded Pietersen of his old jibe comparing Rahul’s batting to “watching paint dry”. Since then, Rahul has continued the playful exchanges, including a jab at Pietersen’s mid-season trip to the Maldives. In the match, Delhi chased down a 160-run target in just 17.5 overs.
