Sajid described Dhoni as a master of composure, who knows how to stay calm and calculate every situation under pressure and demonstrated unparalleled tactical insight on the field.
In a recent interview, he widely appreciated MS Dhoni as his inspiration and kept him on top of his favorite list. Reflecting on Dhoni’s achievements—particularly his unique accomplishment of winning all three major ICC tournaments, the 2007 T20 World Cup, the 2011 ODI World Cup, and the 2013 Champions Trophy, Sajid acknowledged the Indian legend’s influence on him both as a player and leader. He said,
The best captain is MS Dhoni, being a captain or not is not such an issue. The strategy of the captain matters.
