The lease, signed on February 4, includes an INR 10 lakh security deposit and a 5% annual rent hike. The apartment is owned by actress Natasha Suri.
After the official confirmation of his divorce from Dhanashree Verma in March 2025, Indian leg-spinner Yuzvendra Chahal has moved to Mumbai, marking a fresh start in his personal life. He has rented a luxurious 1,399 sq. ft. apartment in Andheri West for a hefty INR 3 lakh per month. The rental agreement, signed on February 4, 2025, spans two years and includes a security deposit of INR 10 lakh. The rent is set to increase by 5% after the first year. The flat is owned by Natasha Suri, a renowned actress and former Miss World India.
Chahal and Dhanashree had married during the pandemic in December 2020, but their split became public after they unfollowed each other on Instagram, fueling speculation in early 2025. In a new twist, Chahal has been spotted multiple times with popular RJ Mahvash, sparking relationship rumors.
The two were recently seen at Chandigarh airport and Mahvash has been present at Punjab Kings’ matches, supporting Chahal. She even shared a selfie with him on social media after one of his strong performances, calling him “a talented man”. With both personal and professional shifts, Chahal seems to be navigating this new phase with quiet resilience.
