BBL 2024-25: Hobart Hurricanes Crumble as Renegades Storm to Victory in Just 9 Over

The fifth match of the BBL 2024-25 saw a one-sided encounter completely dominated by the Melbourne Renegades as they defeated the Hobart Hurricanes by six wickets with a staggering 66 balls to spare at GMHBA Stadium, Geelong. After winning the toss and opting to field, the Renegades’ bowlers wreaked havoc on the Hurricanes’ batting lineup, bundling them out for a paltry 74 runs in just 12.4 overs.

Tom Rogers was the star with the ball, claiming 3/25 in his three overs, while Fergus O’Neill (3/16) and Will Sutherland (3/14) provided excellent support.
