Mustafizur Rahman has the highest T20I wicket tally among left arm bowlers, with 160 wickets. The Bangladesh pacer has made his name through clever variations rather than relying only on raw pace. His cutters and slower deliveries have been a major part of his bowling. In T20 cricket, where batters often look to score quickly, those changes of pace can make a big difference.
