In the latest spiritual outing, Anushka Sharma and Virat Kohli attended a live kirtan by American devotional singer Krishna Das in Mumbai on Sunday evening. Videos from the event showed the couple seated together, gently swaying to the music and joining the audience in devotional chants. They were also seen chanting “Hare Ram” and briefly looking towards the camera before returning their attention to the performance.
The event was part of Krishna Das’ India tour. The American vocalist is renowned for performing traditional Indian devotional chants with influences from Western music. Anushka and Virat’s appearance was not their first time attending one of his performances together. The couple had also attended a Krishna Das kirtan at Union Chapel in London in July 2026.
The couple has frequently spoken about their spiritual interests and devotion to Neem Karoli Baba and his teachings. They have also visited spiritual leader Premanand Maharaj in Vrindavan several times. Neem Karoli Baba recently gained further attention after the film “Hanuman Ansh,” reportedly inspired by his life, earned more than Rs 450 crore worldwide on an estimated budget of Rs 1.5 crore to Rs 2 crore. Anushka and Virat, who have moved to London, are believed to spend much of their time there with their two children, Vamika and Akaay.
