Tamim Iqbal Rushed to Hospital After Chest Pain During Dhaka League Match
Former Bangladesh captain Tamim Iqbal was urgently hospitalized after suffering chest pain while fielding in a Dhaka Premier League match between Mohammedan Sporting and Shinepukur. A helicopter was initially arranged but couldn’t be used. He was taken to Fazilatunnesa Hospital. Tamim, who retired in January 2025, scored 15,000+ runs with 25 centuries in his international career.
