Such an incident took place in the Champions League 2013, which was revealed by him recently.
Rohit Sharma, along with his wife, Ritika Sajdeh, went for a podcast with Harbhajan Singh and his wife on a YouTube show, “Who is the Boss?” During the talk show, the Hitman talked about the decision he took in an important Champions League T20 match in the 2013 season.
Talking about the incident, Sharma said:
This is an incident from the 2013 Champions League. We won the toss. We had decided to field first, but I won the toss and batted first. Anil bhai asked ‘What did you do Rohit? ‘ I told him, ‘Anil bhai, I thought the pitch was good so I thought of batting first but I had forgotten and said it wrong at the toss. We won the match.
Anil Kumble surely was a bit frustrated at the time, but with the team’s win, his mind calmed down. When discussing this incident, Rohit Sharma and Harbhajan Singh burst into laughter, as Harbhajan also recalled how many times the skipper might have forgotten about the toss decision and given the team excuses about the pitch.
Jasprit Bumrah and his wife, Sanjana Ganesan, have been known as one of the most lovable couples in cricket. Bumrah has been spotted having some couple time with Sanjana even at times when she was taking player interviews after the match. Since their love has been a lot, Bumrah revealed some events before his marriage.
Jasprit Bumrah and Sanjana Ganesan were invited by Harbhajan Singh and his wife, Geeta Basra to their show, “Who is the Boss?” In the show, which is also available on Harbhajan Singh’s YouTube channel, most of the talks were about Bumrah’s bowling and his approach to the game. In the episode promo, Sanjana was seen talking about their marriage.
