AB de Villiers Talks About Cricket Comeback as Twitter Reacts

AB de Villiers, one of the legendary batters of South Africa, recently talked about his comeback to the cricket field, saying that there’s much cricket left in him. He played his last match for Royal Challengers Bangalore in 2021 and retired from the international format in 2018.

He also said that he will not play in the professional tours but in casual cricket as his kids want to see him play the game. De Villiers also denied playing in the Indian Premier League or any other franchise cricket.

In an interview, he said:

I might still play cricket one day. No confirmation whatsoever, but I’m starting to feel it. My kids are putting me under a bit of pressure, and I feel like I could go to the nets with them. if I enjoy it, maybe I’ll walk out and go and play a little bit of casual cricket somewhere again and not professional IPL stuff or SA tours.

To this announcement, fans have started to react on Twitter, waiting for the comeback of Mr 360.
